James McCullough is a pro. I wasn't looking to trade in my 2014 Sonic, I was just looking to talk and see my options and next thing I know I am trading in my car and getting a 2017 Chevy Cruze. James was very accommodating all the way. He started off our conversation asking what I wanted in a car and we went through option after option until I found one that was right for me and with the features I wanted. He was willing to bring any car around so I can sit in them to see if it was what I wanted. He was willing to bring in any other kind of vehicles from other West Herr locations if I wanted them. I don't think I could have worked with a better salesman like I said he's a pro.

I contacted WH regarding a used vehicle I saw on Cars.com. They followed up (several times) with calls and offered to bring the vehicle to dealership closer to me. I haven’t received confirmation of this but when I get it, I will be impressed and grateful regardless if I buy a vehicle from them! They are persistent but impressive.
