I purchased my vehicle at another dealership. Since about 4 months in, the emissions light would randomly come on and go off, there was an electrical smell of something burning, and my remote would intermittently stop working. When the transmission finally stopped working properly I brought the vehicle to West Herr of Williamsville and all issues were resolved overnight! Great service, great staff, and now I'm happy with my vehicle again!

James contacted with within an hour of being in contact with someone there about getting a new lease. He sent me all the information that I would need to get the ball rolling and he fit me right into his schedule to come in and sign papers. He assured me that even once the deal was done that I could contact him with any questions or concerns I may have once I get the car home. The entire process never felt like a sale.
