Great place with friendly staff. The manager Joe was great. After a week of negotiating we leased a Tahoe because Joe gave us the deal we wanted and he was really nice and accommodating throughout the process. In fact he came in on his day off and leased us the SUV at literally the best price in town. We went to all the dealers and he made us the absolute best offer. His salesman Mike was friendly & helpful as well. The sales associate Alex was so helpful and friendly to my kids. Her bubbly attitude made it a pleasure! We will do business with this company in the future without a doubt. They have a good inventory, friendly staff, and great prices. Thank you West Herr!

Have purchased several vehicles and have a good salesman who is straight forward. Just be careful when exposed to the F&I people who will turn on the heat for buying the extras. This is the profit center and it shows. I've had mixed results with service dept.- some ok, sometimes clueless
