This review is for a great experience with an oil change, but I also had to say how happy I am with West Herr and in particular David Bliss who sold me the car I had serviced. I am not always easy to deal with as a car buyer, but I was treated very well and had a really great overall buying experience. I have dealt with many car salespeople before and no one is better than David.

My husband and I have a friend that works for West Herr which brought us in. However, the salesperson that we worked with, Mike, kept us there. Everyone was prompt and courteous. We got a great trade in value and a good deal on a new car. Very satisfied with the entire process.
