Quick and easy. Didn't have to wait long to get my 10k servicing done compared to my usual Ford dealer. It's a bit far from my place but I will get my Bronco serviced here than anywhere else.

Had great service from Gary Conn in Service Dept. who made daily calls to provide car update status. He was sincere and understanding.

What a horrible dealership. They advertise cheap prices and then attempt to force you to take on a $4500 "protection package." They refused to take this off and it was not a part of their listed price. I walked and went another dealership because they would not drop this package that I did not want. The salesman couldn't even really tell me what it was for. He said it was just a warranty. I told him I don't want it. He said I didn't have a choice if I wanted to buy the car. I said I no longer did and walked. A Manager at Red McCombs suggested we file complaints as they stated what they are doing is illegal
