I sent my vehicle, which I bought there, for some

I sent my vehicle, which I bought there, for some recalls. After a week of no calls or follow ups from Caitlin, I called just to find out that they didn't know how to do the recalls and they wouldn't gibmve the ticket to a tech that knew how to do it. I asked for a loaner and they gave me the run around a out my insurance. I have full coverage with Progressive. After arguing with Catlin, then arguing with her manager Jon, I then asked for a rental car. They finally booked it at 5:45pm and sent us over there, knowing that they closed at 6pm. They closed on us and we had to go back the next day. Then, after having to pay for a rental, they magically figured out how to fix my vehicle. I finally got my car back but we will never go to this dump ever again. Worst experience ever. Worst staff ever. Dont waste your time here. They cant even do common recalls.

Hampton Green help me get into a new 2025 Explorer and let me tell you his customer service was top notch. I even bragged to my wife about how thankful I was to get this young man’s assistance. The dealership and finance team were exceptional as well in making me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Jordan was very patient answering my questions as I compared other manufacturer’s trucks-‘and eventually decided in a Ranger. I visited this dealer about a half dozen times with numerous phone calls and messages. He is not a high pressure salesman’s which I greatly sppreciate. I was pleased with the final deal offered.

BEWARE!

BEWARE! Dealer Add on scams! They require you to purchase a dealer add on package. Several thousand dollars more for things like edge guard, pin striping, tinting etc. Greatly inflated prices on things you can get done offsite for pennies on the dollar compared to what they charge. Avoid buying here and walk away!

Terry Mayberry was our salesman.

Terry Mayberry was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Unlike most salesmen, Terry was not pushy, he listened to our needs and found us exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend Terry and appreciate his patience.

Christian B. In the service center took us as a walk in. He was incredibly helpful and professional. He immediately got with the parts department, confirmed that we could get our key fob replacement and programmed. We were out in less than an hour. That's never happened, we'll be back. Thank you
