I already left a voicemail with Mr. Robert Jones, letting him know how I felt about my latest visit to the service department. The last two maintenance visits in this service department were handled by Miss Shauna Valadez. Both times she was super outstanding and took care of my problems in a prompt and professional manner. She had me in and out in no time and when my truck needs more maintenance, I will look forward to working with Miss Valadez and Mr. Jones‘ staff. HGR….

Northside ford and Terry Mayberry were a pleasure to work with. From the time we walked in, to the time we left the entire group was very professional in all ways at the dealership. We will definitely come back as Terry deserves a 10 star rating if it allowed it. Probably one of the easiest car deals I’ve dealt with in a long time. Finance and Rob did a fantastic job explaining all the warranties and such and terms and offered a great interest rate not like others wanting to play games with you when you get into the finance department. Rob is a the finance guy willing to shoot you straight and help out.
