Bought a Bronco Sport for my son at Northside Ford, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Terry was awesome. No pressure, no sales games, just a genuinely chill guy who took care of us. He even came in on his day off to make sure everything went through. The SUV was cleaned up and ready when we arrived. The finance manager was also fantastic and kept the whole paperwork process simple and well‑communicated. Great team all around.

Salesman Christian Sandoval was very professional, expedited the buying process. Sales Manager Rogelio Rivera enabled a fair deal on my trade in value for my vehicle & Finance Officer Robert Rodriguez swiftly finalized the deal in a minimum time frame. After I driving over 250 miles / 4 hour trip to get this Dealership to make this purchase, I must state it was well worth it!

The Quick Lane has been a life saver and knowledge haven in more ways than one. I had a big road trip planned for months and servicing with them was a painless setup, just a phone call where Josue was kind enough to give me insight and a financial estimate so I wouldn't be fried or anxious about any bit of the process. Communicative, respectful, and kind during a busy schedule and hectic life made me unafraid to call and inquire about potential future visits. These guys are fantastic!

The price they advertise is fake. They show a new Ford F 150 for $35,000 then add $4000 of add-ons that they refuse to remove. $795 for "lifetime battery", $1200 for window tint nitrogen in tires and some scratch protection. $1100 for some price protection scam called Value Shield, and then $800 for Intouch VP, which is a $50 gos tracker. They said the add-ons were not optional. No thank you. Of you wanna sell it for $39,000 then say $39,000.

Northside Ford had my F250 for just over two weeks. Hubs were grinding/churning and check engine light was on. Caitlyn was my contact/Service Adviser. Northside initiated one contact which was to let me know it was assigned to a tech. After that, all communications from them were in response to me having to contact them. Each time, there was no status readily available in the system which constituted a call back. The first contact only told me they cleared the trouble code - didn't fix anything, just cleared the code (which can be done at Auto Zone in 5 min). When I asked if they have even looked at the hub actuator, tested the lines for leaks or even pulled a wheel to look at the hubs, the response was "no - but will communicate that to the tech"????. Caitlyn was off for a day or so and no other technician or service advisor called me like she said they would. I called back and left a message for the service manager, John explaining the situation and the lack of work. John did not call me back. Caitlyn called me back and said "your truck is on the rack now, but they can't find anything wrong". I pulled out of the dealership and within 2 miles, the grinding sound was very apparent. Within another 14 miles, the check engine light was on again. So in over two weeks of having my vehicle, they cleared codes. Never checked the hub actuator component, never tested for leaks, never even pulled a wheel to investigate the issue. Didn't test, clear or recommend replacing the oxygen sensor to address the CEL - just cleared the code like that's all it needed. Sure glad I was without my work truck for over 2 weeks. I'll work to find a local shop who cares about the client and who is competent to do the job.

Better training for Internet sales people is a must! Starting with answering your phone, clearing your voicemails and most importantly return phone calls!!!! You must do better NAFord! Will be going to Jordan Ford now!
