Terrible salesman to work with. Ran my credit after I told him not to, then proceeded to beg me to still buy a vehicle from him so he can get paid. Does not have good communication skills on the phone or on text. Gave me the wrong pricing and refused to give me the original $200 less pricing.

I bought my ford at Northside Ford Dec 2008. Northside has serviced it all these years and provided dependable, reliable service, They are my “Go To” when I have a problem. My car stopped running at Bitters & Blanco Rd noon, 22 Jun so I had it towed to Northside Ford. It was serviced and returned to me 25 Jun in tip top shape. Thank you Northside Ford.

The last two maintenance visits in this service department were handled by Miss Shauna Valadez. Both times she was super outstanding and took care of my problems in a prompt and professional manner. She had me in and out in no time and when my truck needs more maintenance, I will look forward to working with Miss Valadez and Mr. Jones‘ staff. HGR….
