I spent several thousand dollars to get my vehicle fixed.
I spent several thousand dollars to get my vehicle fixed. My wife picks up the car and they add a surcharge fee if you pay by credit card. It's hard to believe you spend that kind of money and they tack on a surcharge fee. I won't be buying another car or truck from this dealership. Nickle and Dime you every step of the way. Poor Service

The customer service at Northside Auto Group is nothing short of exemplary! From our first contact via their website to driving off the lot in our new F-150, the process was a complete pleasure. Jerry met us for our scheduled test drive and gave us a comprehensive tour of the truck. He explained all of the technology and features, showed us how to operate everything, and answered all of our questions. There was no pressure to purchase the vehicle, nor any additional service plans or accessories. Brandon met with us for a quick chat and explained the cost comparison between choosing a lower interest rate and maximizing the rebates. Korbie walked us through all of the financing options and the completion of the documents with professionalism and an efficiency that can only come from experience, all while showing a genuine interest in getting to know us. Before we left, Jerry assisted us with setting up the Ford app, adding our new vehicle, and pairing our phone. Purchasing a new vehicle is usually my least favorite thing to do, but our experience with the team at Northside Auto Group was definitely the exception! We were in and out in under two hours, and we couldn't be happier with our new truck and the outstanding customer service we received. I highly recommend Jerry and the team at Northside Auto Group!
