Caitlyn Ortiz is an exemplary customer service representative who provided outstanding customer support during the tear down and eventual replacement of my Ford F 150 engine. She initially provided information on how to contact Ford Corp to request “assistance” and kept me informed on every aspect of the work being done, She answered the many questions I had expertly and with positive reassurance that all would be well with my truck once the repairs were completed.
