I drove up in Feb 05 and my diesel was not running right so I took it to them. I signed a service ticket stating that no repair would be done without notifying me. The part that was bad was under warranty. But, they took upon themselves to do a charging system test, which I didn't request, and then telling me that I needed two batteries. Then they said my fan belt needed replacing. I was afraid that they would cut or damage my belt so I had the belt replaced and I wanted the old belt. I didn't get the old belt. They ignored me. They charged me for the charging system test over fifty dollars. Being out of town they really took advantage of the situation at had. Bad dealer!!! I service all my vehicles and I know that I didn't need a fan belt or two batteries.
