I have bought 4 brand new Hyundai back to back most
I have bought 4 brand new Hyundai back to back most reason from Auto Nation Hyundai. I decided to jump ship and try Toyota so I bought 1 at Auto Nation Toyota 2022 new. Sales staff was BUT (service department) was BAD took 5 hours to just put a coating on front windshield and they lost my keys that they had miss placed driver dropped us off at mall. We called to be picked up set out side in the sun for 60 min me with skin cancer. Driver was on break we were not told he was on break. The girls at the counter cold of told us he was on break. Forever was a good man he was sorry they didn't let him know , so need less to know after buying Hyundai for 20 years with Very good service at Auto Nation Hyundai corpus Christi tx we Tried Toyota at Auto Nation ( SO )service at Auto Nations Toyota 👎👎👎👎 Please try to improve service department at Auto Nations Toyota Corpus Christi Tx.

Im very happy with my car and Devon really did help me and had patience with me. She found what I really wanted and I was really happy with it. When we discussed my paperwork it was too good to be true because I got called in the next day just to tell me they messed up on my credit app and my payments are sky high now and I didn’t get all I wanted when it came to the warranty. I left very disappointed because of their mistakes so I won’t send anyone to get a car there.

Why call y’all won’t fix or do anything about it but but tell me y’all are sorry. I heard that enough when i had to go back. Now I know not to ever get a car from y’all again and I won’t ever recommend y’all. Y’all are lucky I’m not that person to blast y’all on social media or on y’all’s website.
