Last year they charged me $10,000 over sticker.
Last year they charged me $10,000 over sticker. Then this year I wanted to trade up. I only financed for 48 months so I should have been good except for the $10,000 extra I paid. How about they wouldn’t even match what another dealership offered me for my trade. Ridiculous! BUY FROM CAVENDERS!!! They’re the best!

This dealership is very unprofessional and doesn't treat customers with respect. I am an out of state customer, that was looking to purchase a $100k Hummer EV from them. First off, they tried selling it to me for $10k over MSRP. One of the sales managers said they usually charge $30k over MSRP. Secondly, they try charging crazy transport fees, apply many different junk add-ons to hike up the cost of the vehicle that they won't remove, then they are telling me that I can't use my transferred license plate that has $1000 DMV credit on it. I explained and sent even the GM (Mario Juarez) screenshots of our DMV rules in my state of Nevada. I have bought many vehicles out of state with a temp registration which is 100% legal. They are basically trying to gouge you for as much money as possible! Avoid this dealership at all cost!

Hands down the Beast Dealership anywhere
Every time I go to Covert Buick GMC I am forced to rethink my feelings about GM service. Over the last fifty years it has not been difficult to criticize any GMC product of service location, they were always an example of the worst kind of operation. That no longer exists and the change is jarring to my opinions of GM. They are not that way any more, very often they are now the best!
