Service was okay. I didnt get updated as frequently as I would have hoped on updates. I was using a rental while my car was being repaired and I had to keep contacting your service center in order to know if I needed to extend my rental.

Great service, Great staff!
We located this truck online and did all the preliminary work by phone since we live 350 miles away. Our salesman was outstanding, very patient as we tried to determine the best vehicle for us. He did not pressure is at all but was there to answer all our questions. We are very happy with our F350.

We purchased our Navigator from Covert and have always gotten great service there, although have only had one small repair on it in 5 years. My 97 Mark 8 is 18 years old and only has a little over 37,000 miles on it. I don't take it to just anyone for service and Covert has treated it with the care it deserves. I have 3 people waiting to buy it if I ever want to sell it. I hope to drive it as long as I am still able to drive. Covert is always professional, friendly and helpful. Lincolns are such great cars, we don't have to buy one very often, but when we do, it will be from Covert again.

Great Service, Lost Truck
Everything went well on the check-up, oil change, etc. The only thing that went wrong was y'all couldn't find my truck after I checked out. Took quite a while to find it. Not that big a deal, but I was ready to leave and couldn't. I'm not mad. It was kinda funny. Y'all had 6 or 7 people running around trying to find it. :-)
