great experinace

the covert ford sales staff as well as the finance staff are the best, honest and helpful, they made sure i understood everything throughout the sales process. I have been using the service dept for over 17 years and would not think of going to any other dealership for sales or service. great job

Buying a car has never been so NOT a hassle!

My fiance and I were literally amazing at how easy the entire process was. I anticipated tons of verification, identification, and phone numbers would be needed once we got to the dealership but it nothing short of seamless. By simply filling in all our information at home online and having a quick painless call with Mike Hanes, by the time we got there EVERYTHING was done and all we had to do was find the right car, test drive it and sign on the dotted lines. It's been 3 days so far and we're still in disbelief at how painless Covert Ford made doing something that we'd been avoiding for 8 years...finally getting a second car. :) Thank you all so much!

Purchasing a new vehicle

I purchased a 2014 F-150 from Randy Davis. I found him to be most helpful in my search for a new truck. Covert Ford was competitive in pricing and has always been excellent in service. I have recommended this dealership to my daughter for future service. Luke was awesome, very eager and friendly. he was polite, used my name and returned my call when he said he would. I would like to see more mobile options for the appts. I would like to check on the status of my truck online and be alerted by text or mobile app when it is ready and how much it would be.

Efficient, courteous service. Great car!

I recently purchased a 2014 Ford King Ranch Expedition from Jeff. The process was very positive and everyone was efficient. This is the best car I can remember driving in probably 15 years. I get a new car about every 3-4 years so that says a lot. Absolutely love everything about it! Thank you.
