Great Service

I was very happy to see service advisor Adam was back at Covert. I trust him and feel that he is very honest. I have always been pleased with the service advisors at Covert but not at Pavillion. Adam is a great guy. I am completely satisfied with my visit. I only let Covert touch may car or change my oil.

First service at Covert Ford Austin

The service on my F250 was great and done quickly no issued there. Having used Covert Cadillac service and Covert Gmc service for previous vehicles, the Ford service was better than Gmc's but not up to Cadillac's. The 2items that Ford Service could improve upon is know the deals Ford has on service! !! The deal I found when making my appointment was $99 but initially charged the regular price. I had to tell them!! Secondly, after paying, they told me where my truck was parked and the keys were in it!!!! It was not parked in a secure area and anyone could have taken it. Not sure if that is normal, will check it next time. I will go back for service, Nothing bad enough to get mad over. Just areas they can improve. Sam Hughes

Great Service. GREAT buying experience!

The minute I walked in to the dealer Joseph greeted me. I felt at ease with him instantly. My experience was the best I have ever experienced. I felt heard and respected by everyone I came in contact with.

I had already shopped on the Internet and knew exactly what your inventory was and what your web price was, so your salesperson only had to show me the one 2014 Limited Expedition that I was interested in and on top of that I paid cash for the SUV. She worked with me and your Sales Manager to finalize the deal within a couple of hours. After that she was totally non-responsive and what she told me was most often inaccurate. The day I was supposed to pick the SUV up after minor paint work she was a no-show to hand the vechicle off to me and we had to get another sales person on the floor to bring vechicle up and walk us thru the details of keys, the instrument panel, etc. The disappointing part was we never received a thank you telephone call or note from her and it was propably her easiest deal in a long time. I would do business with Covert Ford again, but would seek a different sales person.

Exceptional Service

I am very pleased with the service I received, and the information shared by the service consultant. A thorough examination of the vehicle was conducted, associated with replacing the brake pads. The consultant shared which items needed to be addressed immediately, and which items might be delayed for a short period, to be more budget friendly. I was very appreciative for this information, which helped me make a more informed decision. In addition, since Wi-Fi was available, I was able to work from the customer lounge.

Great purchase experience

Recently we have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership. Mitch Larkin was our sales rep. He was a pleasure to work with. He made the process simple and easy. We told him what we were looking for and he made it happen! No games, no hassle. I'll continue to call Mitch any time I have a vehicle need. Highly recommend him and this dealership.

Awesome Sales Staff in Used

We have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership in the past 4 years. We worked with Mitch Larkin in used car sales for the last 3 purchases. The experience was wonderful. We told Mitch what we wanted and he found it. No playing games, no haggling, very nice experience. He did whatever it took to get the deal done and we were very pleased with our vehicles. We will continue to buy from Mitch as long as he sells cars!

My Shelby GT500 at Covert Ford

I do own a Shelby GT500 and after receiving average to ok service at other dealerships in Austin, I decided to try Covert, and I have to say that my couple of visits there were excellent, from a simple oil change to recently a whole driveshaft swap. I sure will be back.

Amazing car purchase experience.

I purchased 2005 Nissan Altima from Covert Ford last weekend. We met with Gregory (Ray) and he showed us 3 used car which we had interest. (We searched Internet prior to visiting them) Gregory was very friendly and he was very professional. I had to say, it was one of best used car purchase experience. He gives us all information up front (car fax) and honestly answers all our concerns. He never gives us any pressure to purchase the car and when we gave him an offer, he accepted our offer. If you are looking for buying car, you should look their website for selection. If you find any car that interest you, then you should contact Gregory Ray. His service alone is well worth for visiting this dealer. Just one more advise, DO NOT trust dealers who cannot update their own inventories on web. If they cannot keep up with their main sales items, that is sign for NOT professional. Keep up great work at Covert Ford and Gregory. Sincerely HT. (Oh, Thank you for washing car too!)
