Was glade service technician noted that there is small oil leak but it was not critical at present. Could not locate but cautioned to check oil regularly and watch for oil spots under where car is parked.

To tell the truth, The car could be fixed in first time and not to waist three weeks of my time and about $600 extra cost including towing. At the end the final work seems right I need to drive it for a while.

I like that I can take my truck in for a routine oil change and tire rotation without an appointment. Service was fairly quick.

One of the best experiences I've had with Ford. I've owned Fords for the past 15 or 20 years and even completed a college report on the "Big 3". I have been very proud that Ford has remained the only American car company to stay on it's feet without a bailout. The service centers I have used across the country have been outstanding. Some better than others but this manager really stood out. Because of my experience, my boyfriend is going to buy a Ford. I'm retired Navy and a proud American. Thanks Ford!!!1

Great Customer Service
Infiniti g35 I needed a new battery and they helped me immediately with no problems. A gentleman in the service department gave us a card and If I had his name id share. Very helpful and caring. We even had our puppy with us and he offered us to bring our puppy in due to it being hot. I truly appreciated everything they did. Thanks

Service on the Fly
Car appeared unwashed when I picked it up but valet took it back and ran it through wash for me. As for loaner, in all of the times that I have put my MKX in for service I have never been given a Lincoln to drive. The agent always says they don't have any so he offered me a choice between a Chevy and a Dodge. Of course I chose the Chevy.
