Ford Mustang

Staff was very helpful. Service was done promptly. However, Ford is not doing anything about the problems with the throttle body - that is disappointing.

Great service

Only complaint is the lot is so packed with vehicles it is hard to find your way to service and parts. You need a bigger location, or build a parking garage to hold you new car inventory.

Very hard working salesman

Your inventory system was a mess, showing 2 cars that I wanted as available. But when we got further along in the paperwork, we found out that they had already been sold. Luckily, Travis Palu, my salesman, went way beyond what he had to do and found me the car I was looking for in Abilene. He worked very hard and organized a dealer trade so I was able to drive off with my new Ford the next day.

Mitch Larkin

I was looking for a used truck and going through all my options in the Austin area. I meet many salesmen who wanted to sell me something they had not what I wanted. Then I ran into Mitch Larkin at Covert Ford. He helped me find the truck ?I? wanted. He followed it up with fantastic service getting me the deal I wanted and completing the entire transaction. It was a very pleasant experience. He even got my John Deere hat back to me that I had left in my old truck. Two thumbs up for Mitch!

12 Hr. Oil Change, after drop off and pick up.

I wanted to provide you with some feedback regarding experience. I hope this is a one off as John Nay always does an outstanding job for me. However, I?ve given this some thought and I am trying to understand the disconnect; History, I made an appointment with John on Monday, 8/18 for a Wednesday, 8/20 7:00 AM drop off to have the oil changed and the normal car inspection. Everything went as planned, dropped the car off. Here where things go down hill IMHO. My understanding is this should be completed in the morning. I had to call around 2 to find out what the status of my car is as I would of expected a call by now. John informed me it was on the rack being serviced. Also, I mention this because I needed transportation to pick my car up. At this point I felt it should have been ready to go. Also, in the past, someone had to put you on the list by 3:30. John and I traded several phone calls and by the time the car was ready I was not in a position to leave. So we agreed to have a pickup later. The end result was a driver finally showed at my house at 6:17 PM. Now I had to deal with the crazy traffic and a wasted evening of getting the car back. Also, John and I had to take care of all the paperwork over the phone. Bottom line you don?t expect to pick up your car almost 12 hours after you dropped it off for a simple Oil Change. By the time I returned with the car after fighting the traffic I was not in a good mood? Sincerely, Joe Ryan

Was promptly waited on and was then was proactively introduced to vehicle (Ford Focus ST) when purchased.

Great price, great service, awesome truck!

Purchased f150 supercrew 4x4 from Travis. Very happy with my experience. Would definitely recommend Travis and Covert Ford. Great price (best in town by $1000 and I spoke with every Ford dealership in Austin and Round Rock), great service, awesome truck. Thanks Covert!
