It is always a pleasure dealing with him and I will send all my friends and family to him. His unsurpassed service should be acknowleged by his employer. Perhaps a substantial pay raise or company jet for John who is more just than a service writer, he is also a friend, would be a fitting reward for his exemplary service.

Great new SUV purchase experience.
When my new SUV was delivered, James, my salesman informed me that they found a couple of dents on the body. James informed me that they would be fixed at no charge and a loaner car would be provided. This is great service. Also, I asked for a booklet on my new 2015 SUV. James did not forget. He got me a copy. Thank you.

Car purchase
We bought a 2011 Ford Edge and a 2008 Ford Ranger. The service was excellent and the staff was very helpful and courteous. We feel we paid a very fair price for the 2 vehicles. This was our second purchase from Covert. I am sure it will not be the last one.

had an appointment with a salesman who didn't show up. after waiting 20 minutes, I requested someone else. i was there for about 6 hours, getting the purchasing paperwork done, returning my previous lease and getting the new car detailed. after choosing the car and submitting the paperwork, I would have preferred the option to have come back later when it was all ready, rather than sitting around waiting.

Awesome Sales Rep. Easy to work with.
Ms. Yates was very helpful. The only issue was the vehicle was clean to a point besides the special we found. We got home and was showing the car off when we found ants in the gas tank area.

Great Experience Buying First Car
Bert was great to work with! He spent time learning about our needs, showed us the vehicles we were interested in, and made us an offer we couldn't refuse. My husband loves the new truck (F-150 Lariat), and we plan on buying our next vehicle with Bert too. Thanks for the great experience! (I wish we could have worked with a different finance representative for signing papers. The person we worked with was condescending and made it seem like we were making the wrong decisions. In the future, we will be requesting someone else to close out paperwork.)
