Awesome dealership and salesman?

Dan Covert did a no hassle deal from the time we got there until the time we left. Extremely satisfied, when it comes time to purchase my suburban will be calling him again, for sure.

Fast and excellent service

John Nay, the Service Advisor, is knowledgeable and detail oriented when writing the repair request. He is honest about the timeframe in which the work can be accomplished which I appreciate.

Frienly folks, clean facility, knowledgeable techs

I was able to call and find out you weren't too busy. Ran over, dropped off my car, walked next door for lunch and it was ready shortly after my return.

excellent

I liked the fact that it was a very pleasant experience.I am hearing impaired and everything was done with email.This was the 2nd most pleasant dealing I've had.The first was buying my 2003 Ford Mustang GT from Covert Ford.I was a little surprised my vehicle only had a 1/2 tank of fuel.I was told it would be full.....

Great salesman, good dealership

Jose Mackintosh was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He was very helpful without being pushy, and made me feel at ease. Everyone at Covert was polite and pleasant.

Great service, Bert was excellent

Bert was able to help us via email determine that it was a reasonable time to trade in, and he made my first time buying a car fairly easy. I also like that I am owed a detailing of my car, which I will claim as soon as my schedule permits.

Steve is always wonderful. Only bum deal is that I arrived about 1230pm. I got off work early. I don't plan on traveling for July 4. Just needed an oil change. I know I needed an air filter change and a cabin filter change. Only bum deal is they were out of the cabin filter so I have to wait until more comes in. I did call Steve a day or two ahead of time to let him know I was coming and what I was needing. I did ask when they were going to get another shipment in. I might drop by on the way into work one day. I am certain steve will accoomodate
