Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had!

I was blown away by the level of attention we received. The dealership took great care of us! They were extremely responsive and very professional. They gave us unbeatable deals and terrific service.

Excellent buying experience with Covert Ford

I liked EVERYTHING about my experience with Covert!!! And believe me, I have NEVER had this type of experience with a dealership before. Dan treated me like royalty and worked diligently to find THE vehicle that we wanted, Kenny was great, Paul whisked me through the leasing process, and the rest of the Covert team did a GREAT job as well. Great service!

I appreciated Dan Covert taking such personal effort in answering all my questions and getting back to me with quick answers. Even though I am out of town, he made the transaction so easy as he worked with my son. Everything was practically done for me when I arrive on the day of the sale. Everyone at the dealership made it a very pleasant experience. I love my Mustang!!

Very Good Experience

Liked the "no hassle" of the way business was conducted. I came in for a vehicle that was on the internet and you actually had the vehicle for the advertised internet price and I bought it.

Great dealer with very helpful and non-pushy sales

Jacky was very helpful during the entire process. She didn't push on me to get a sale done, and that was a key factor with me going with Covert. She made this purchase much more pleasurable than any other dealer that I have worked with in the past.

Pleasant surrounginds

I went to see about a part for my new Ford. Linda Odom, checked if the part was available. She advised me that she had to order the part and that she would call me when it came in. After she called I went back to the dealer stopped at her station and immediately she went to get the part and had someone install if for me while I waited in my car. What better service could anyone expect.

Above and beyond customer service

I have been a loyal Covert Ford customer since I purchased my new F-250 back in Feb 2001. The service here is like no other and the continuos stride to make the customer happy is top priority. During my oil change, Hayden noticed me that I had an unrepairable tire with a nail on my 2009 F-150. As soon as I returned home, I called my warranty service about the tire that I purchased when I bought my truck and received a claim number. I called back Hayden to follow up with the tire and gave him the claim and phone number to the warranty service provider. I was pleasantly surprised that Hayden followed up quickly with contacting the warranty company and setting up my tire replacement with no issues and no problems! He also communicated with Tyler about my situation so that I could come in Saturday morning to get it fixed since he was not going to be there. My wife, newborn baby and I arrived and had the tire replaced with excellent customer service within a reasonable amount of time. Thank you for your commitment to the highest customer service and please recognize Hayden and Tyler for going above and beyond. My loyalty to the service at Covert will continue after my experiences I have had the past 14 years.

Service Department

Service department was quick, knowledgeable and polite. They actually 'listen' to your needs and description of items needing repair or correction. TYLER, my service writer IS excellent. My hat is off to him as I can imagine his job is not easy! Doug..............

great service and people

Service was prompt, service advisor and the folks at the service desk were all very helpful and courteous. I also like the fact that you have an area for customers with who want to sick at a desk and be able to work.
