Great service, clean facility, salesman was great

We were treated very well. Everything was explained properly and we left feeling well cared for. Our salesman was extremely helpful throughout our visit.

Ask for Mike!

Our salesman, Mike Moseley,was great. We were out of town buyers and he worked out the details of our purchase and trade in before we drove to Austin to finalize the purchase.

Minus the wait time, great service...

The staff was very friendly, the shuttle was helpful, and (Mark P.) the service rep that I dealt with was very professional. We had a few "hiccups" (due to scheduling) with the service department actually getting to my truck, but Mark was very apologetic, helpful, and did his best to accomodate. I will continue to do service with Covert in the future.

Excellent Service as usual at Covert Ford

Friendly, reliable, professional and finished my car in a timely manner. In essence, an enjoyable experience once again when dealing with the service department. My advisor, Steve, walked me thru the steps of what needed to be done and the costs. No hidden agendas or fees. I honestly would recommend this service department to ANY buyer of ANY vehicle. That is something you do not see in todays world, real customer service.

Always courteous, the advisor always keep you informed of progress and if additional work needs to be done will come into the waiting area and will discuss any situation with you personally.

Tyler Garrett took great care of me. I told him I was leaving town and he got my vehicle in that day and back out by the end of the day. Great service!!!
