Covert ford gets my thumbs up !!

I originally called at 11pm on a Saturday night to leave message with questions reguarding 2015 f350 diesel dually.. to my surprise randy davis my salesman answered the phone on his personal time and answered all my questions... excellent salesman!! I purchased truck 1600 miles away and EVERY single call and text while lining up deal randy was on top of! in a very timely manner! excellent service and another great ford product on the road.. thanks covert ford

2014 King Ranch

I don't like to spend a lot of time buying a car. Scott made the process simple and we closed the deal. Very easy process. Will be back in 3 years.

Quick service. Friendly staff.

Linda was very helpful. Quick service. Got my car ready by noon same day so I could pick up on my lunch hour. Linda very personable and knowledgable.

Great customer service!

Driving pass by Covert Dealership a few times, We came for some test drives of Ford Escape. Ilan was our sales person. He showed us an escape with our needs and that was the only car in the dealership. We really liked it so we decided to buy. Our baby was a little fuzzy but Ilan was very patient and the buying process was easy and smooth. We were happy to come here for our first new car!

Great Service

The experience we had was hassel free. We did our credit app online and conversed with or sales rep by phone for 2 weeks. One we were some to make it to the dealership we were in and out within 1.5 hours. This was by far the quickest purchase we've had.

shady dealership

they assured me they could order the truck I wanted and after almost two weeks I checked up on it only to find out that they were not able to order the truck after all. they never bothered to call or email me and let me know. after I started searching vehicles again I found they actually had one listed on their lot for a great price but it turns out they just like to list vehicles for dealer invoice and then when you contact them they claim it was accidental and try to charge 7k more than what they list it for. This seems to be their shady sales tactics. UNTRUSTWORHTY DEALER!! Go Elsewhere!

Expect Great Internet Prices But Low Trade-in

Covert Ford publishes the true internet price for a vehicle. Since this is an extremely competitive price it makes "no haggle" shopping a reality. Also the cook out on Memorial Day despite the major thunder storm showed flexibility and resolve
