Clean and Professional Advisor. Kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. I did not have to wait very long. They had water and coffee area and good priced snack and drink machines.

I just took my 2020 Ford Ranger in for an oil change and

I just took my 2020 Ford Ranger in for an oil change and tire rotation. Richard Dittrich was my service advisor. He set me up quickly and informed me how it was going throughout the process. He also walked me through recommended service and gave me a pamphlet about recommended service intervals for my vehicle. I was very satisfied with the service on my truck and with Richard’s level of customer service.

Overall nice dealership and the sales staff is typical of

Overall nice dealership and the sales staff is typical of a dealership. Once the deal was agreed to we waited 3+ hours for finance to get to us. Ridiculous wait time. They also do the ?certified pre-owned vehicle inspection fee of $1500? that they don?t seem to want to budge much on. So for used vehicles add $1500 to the advertised online price!

Richard at Maxwell Ford went above and beyond in helping

Richard at Maxwell Ford went above and beyond in helping with an extended warranty we bought from a third party. He called them to pay for one of the services we needed. He called frequently to keep me up to date on the status of my car. He let me know when it woul be returned to me I am disappointed in Ford though because there was a software issue with getting the state inspection done. We had to pay for the software update which has been a problem with many of the 2021 Ford Escapes. Also, there was a recall on the hybrids battery and we couldn?t charge it for 5-6 months while waiting for Ford to have the right parts. So we paid for gas that whole time which we would not have if we could have been charging the car. I feel we should be reimbursed for the gas
