Dealt with a service advisor that I was unfamiliar with

Dealt with a service advisor that I was unfamiliar with since my normal one was out that day. Specifically stated the name who I was familiar working with and assumed that the visit/work order would be passed on to them upon their return. That didn?t happen. One thing lead to another and legitimate issues with my vehicle were found. It was determined that my extended warranty covered most of what was required. Twice durring the time they had my vehicle for 10 days, I was given a timeframe that things would be done, or there would be contact. Both times I waited until the following day to initiate contact myself. The excuses for the work taking longer were understandable. Had I been kept in the loop in a timely manner, I wouldn?t have any issue. My past experience with the service representative that I?m used to dealing with was the polar opposite. They always kept me informed in a timely manner as promised. I?m not a needy person nor do I engage in creating drama, I just like to be kept up to date/in the loop as told. Going forward, l will make sure that the person I?m familiar with is the only one that I deal with at this dealership.

The best employees.

The best employees. Interested in customers problems. They ask questions and provide answers. They do not give up until one?s vehicle is properly repaired. The best sales personnel. Knowledgeable and fastidious. The best. A++++

My service provider Milo Padilla was FANTASTIC.

My service provider Milo Padilla was FANTASTIC. There was a lot wrong with my car and it had to be in the shop for 2 weeks and he communicated with me every step of the process. I knew exactly what work was being done on the car and WHY that work was needed and he kept me updated about part delays and estimated pick up dates. I was easily able to get a rental car through Group 1 Ford and Milo extended my rental when further issues with my vehicle popped up. I have never had a car service experience this smooth and helpful.

Excellent service.

Excellent service. Picked up car at my door, did recall and recommended alignment and drive belt which were both needed. Car delivered back same day. Could not be easier.

Everyone, especially Buzz have been so very helpful and so understanding of my lack of knowledge as a truck owner. But there is NO DOUBT in my mind that FORD is the BEST!!! Buzz took time with me and explained so much for me. I am certain I will seek him out the next time I bring my truck in!

Took my vehicle for oil change and tire rotation.

Took my vehicle for oil change and tire rotation. I was told that to take the nuts of my wheels it will cost me $234 F....k ridiculous. I soon I started driving my SUV it showed washer fluid low and a tire was a few lbs low. That tells me tech didn?t fill up fluids or check tires air pressure. Price was fair but I can?t believe a tech needs to hammer the nuts to take the off. Money hungers there.

Easy scheduling an appt and from the moment I pulled in Lafayette took excellent care of me and my truck - I?ve purchased 5 other Fords from two other Austin dealers but this experience impressed me so much I?m going to be a customer for life!
