Great experience having service done on my Landcruiser. Service Advisor, Jared was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The wait was as expected and I was updated along the way. Communication was spot on- as well as the service itself.

My salesperson, Patrick, was a breeze to work with. He was not pushing me to purchase a vehicle I did not want. I was able to take my time and look at multiple vehicles over passing weeks, meanwhile contacting him with questions at even the most inconvenient times and days. I recommend asking for Patrick even if you are only browsing. The rest of the staff was helpful and nice as well, even though I already had a salesperson. The last part f the purchase process was positive as well. Albert was very helpful with thoroughly breaking down all of the fees and perk(which there are many!) and assisting through the process. The vehicle was cleaned to perfection! The only negative is that there were no manuals in the vehicle, which is crucial for safety protocols if an emergency should occur. I did not receive a warranty packet that broke down all the warranty and 1yr maintenance terms.
