No complaints.

No complaints. Showed up at my appointment time and was quickly helped. Paul advised me that my car had a recall that had not been attended to. I had no idea until he told me. Even with the recall work, I was still in and out of there in about an hour.

Art was great.

Art was great. Always my go to. Trust what he tells me and have not ever had any issues with him. I'll continue to see him as long as he's there. Would recommend him for other people.

I’ve only ever had amazing service from Auto Nation South Austin Toyota. I’m in my 3rd 4Runner and won’t take it anywhere else. Tony Do in service is awesome: professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough at communicating.

Service department manager Tony Sabatino was outstanding. He identified our problem as stolen catalytic converters, quoted a price and speedily repaired our truck. Prompt, efficient and exceptionally understanding as stranded out of towners. Highly recommended.

It was a great to experience while my truck was being fixed. Charles is very knowledgable when handling the claim and having my car repaired. I consistently got updates through text and phone calls to notify me of how things were progressing, which I appreciate immensely. Also, they made it very easy for me when returning the car rental as I only had to make one stop to the shop and they took care of the rest. I am very please with the work they did as my truck look as if the parts where never damanage. Overall, I would recommend this shop to my family and friends. the service in general is good the attentions are good but the exhibition of the cars is very little and you can not see the details of the cars well

Who to may concern, I was very disappointed on my last

Who to may concern, I was very disappointed on my last visit for oil change my waiting time was for 3 hours which I never experienced ever before, after the long wait I call on someone for help and nobody responded, I asked one person and he said I’m on the phone but didn’t show that he was , I finally had to ask for the manager assistance and he immediately took action talking to the service advisor, the manager have said that I will get rein-verse the cost of the service amount. I hope it happens. Service Advisors could benefit from a better customer service .

Hoping for a better customer service as soon as dropping off the vehicle, will be nice if someone comes out right away not make you wait for 15 or 20 mins , on a service person to pick up your keys. It’s so many people working in there , but we feel to be ignored ! Thank you.
