2018 Toyota Camry XLE V6
I?m not happy with the way I was treated. The used car sales lied many times regarding the car, the condition of the car, and said my credit will be the price of the interest rate because I said no money down. I did not drive the car until 3 days later because the car of not ready with inspection and detailings. I sent him a text on day 2. No feedback. I went on-site to speak with a manager and the manager of the Used nor the New approach me. The finance personnel Melissa Davis was the only visual contact to my needs. The car wasn?t even started with inspection or detailings on day 2. On day 3 Melissa called at 440 pm saying that they car was ready. My husband and I are not happy with the detailing of the car. It is said the car was a trade and it was sold to us as is! So, this is not professional for Toyota to sell a car that is not ready or drivable on a sale. I was worried and upset to drive it off the lot on day 3. Melissa promised to have the paint crew do the touch up on the car. Plus to redetailed correctly. I have pictures and video of the car as is. My coworkers are upset we were sharing the results of the car. When I take in the car this Monday I am hoping the issues will be resolved. How does a company like Toyota sell a car without the proper inspection?

Routine Service
Overall my visit was not pleasant do to me being told and I had one more free service for 25k miles. When I made the appointment I told the service clerk I was over my mileage due to my brother's death and she said that that would not be a problem. When I got there the service writer said it would not be covered and charged me over seventy dollars. This to me was intentionally done and very dishonest.

Scheduled service
Scheduled oil change - completed in an hour! One area needs improvement - greet customer in a timely manner when they drive in. I waited in my truck longer than necessary before anyone asked if they could help me.
