Took my car @11 to service center on a Saturday and was picked up by my husband to run errands. Spoke to multiple people and no one told me they closed early @4pm. Google said it closed @8. We show up @5 and it’s all closed up. I had to spend the rest of the weekend without my car even though it was ready to go. I got an email that it was ready @ 3:15 but no one told us we had 45 minutes to come pick it up. We would have rearranged our schedule to come get it on time.

Making an appointment for maintenance was easy online. The appointment took less time than I thought it would. I was able to save money with a 25% off coupon. I was pleased with the service at Auto Nation.

Quick and easy!
I was in for my 5,000 mile tune-up. Angel was so polite and informative. The staff got my car finished up in record time and the manager provided an update on the traffic on I35 to give me the fastest route home as I live in the hill country south of Austin.

Knowledgeable and efficient
Isaias is the most knowledgeable, genuinely friendly, and efficient customer advocate I?ve ever worked with in 45+ years of buying cars. I worked with 4 dealerships simultaneously to buy online + a test drive and was able to complete the transaction with Autonation before even receiving a personal response from the other dealerships ?internet departments?. Finance director Steven was also efficient, and very friendly and helpful.
