Low inventory, new financial person was not being mentored resulting in 3+ hours at dealership doing paperwork. Overall poor communications. My main salesperson, Angel, very knowledgeable and helpful.

I bought my Toyota Highlander Hybrid brand new with 45 miles on it in July of 2010. Part of my deal was lifetime free oil changes. All of my service has been done at this dealership through nearly 13 years and 183,000 miles. My car has never had an issue which is amazing. On this visit I wanted to get started on purchasing a 2023 Toyota Highlander Hybrid mainly because I want all the new safety warning features that are now available. This might be my last car because of my age. I am buying the same car because I love it and Abbi is doing a great job of walking me through this purchase. I am buying it at AutoNation because I love the service that I have received from my advisor, Arturo Gomez, who helps to keep my car safe and dependable. Looking forward to 13 more good driving years with the help of AutoNation Toyota!
