I have been going to this dealer for purchases and service since it was Apple Toyota, and have no reason to change. I always get quality work from the service department.

Excellent customer service

Stephen Tapia was wonderfully helpful and was very flexible working with me on getting in a new toyota Tacoma pickup truck and trading in my old ford f150 pickup truck

The team was very professional and transparent!

The team was very professional and transparent! They had a great selection to chose from. Mr. Ortiz the salesman was amazing and very knowledgeable and is the reason I gave AutoNation my business. Now, I’m the proud owner of a Tundra.

Toyota South Austin

My Prius was involved in a collision over a year ago but it took awhile to get all the parts. Everything has been repaired and it looks and, as a driver, feels like new. Jay took great care of me and kept me posted as repairs progressed.

Experience with Toyota Austin south- AutoNation

I would like to wrote my experience with Toyota Austin South- AutoNation. When i visited, met one of the sales guy,named Joseph- he showed me some car options and tried to help me, and to be very honest, he is very helpful and assited me with high level of professionalism. However, when our selected car Rav4 2021 needs to be proceed into his manager, at that point I was not satisfied with the level of I would like to wrote my experience with Toyota Austin South- AutoNation. When i visited, met one of the sales guy,named Joseph- he showed my selective cars and tried to help me, and to be honest he is very helpful and assited me with high level of professionalism. However, when our selected Rav4 2021 car needs to be proceed into his manager, at that point I was not satisfied with the level of customer service provided by Shaddi, a manager at this Toyota dealer.. As a sales manager, Shaddi attempted to coerce us into a higher credit sale (even though he said that he is going to help us) and employed manipulative tactics, suggesting that we were obligated to purchase the car. It was my first buying car experience in USA, so he tried to manipulate with his tactics.When we expressed our intention to explore alternative sales credit rates through credit unions, he became confrontational and exhibited unprofessional behavior by stating that he would not hold the car for us and that we would not be able to obtain a reasonable rate elsewhere. At the end, we visited one of the credit unions and got approved with reasonable rate/ bought the car. I am happy with my car and the overall services from Toyota Austin South. Recommend this place to especially new car buyers, especially salesman Joseph. Thank you for an amazing service provided by Shaddi, a manager at this Toyota dealer.. As a sales manager, Shaddi attempted to coerce us into a higher credit sale (even though he said that he is going to help us) and employed manipulative tactics. Scheduled service

Mediocre service and customer service. The guys in the garage are nicer than the service advisors. I've complained before about the service but nothing has changed. Service coupons are the only plus.
