The deal I got on my Tacoma Truck was much better than

The deal I got on my Tacoma Truck was much better than other local competitors.It had to be ordered and I was informed every step of the way until it arrived.The color and all the options I wanted it had and the sales service and financing went smooth as silk. I left the dealership as a very happy customer.

The customer service at this dealer was awful on the back

The customer service at this dealer was awful on the back end of my purchase. This dealer will throw on last minute add-ons to your vehicle in order to get more money out of you, even when you tell them multiple times to take off the add-ons, they will refuse. They pretended to not have received my check in the mail, even though I have tracking that shows it was signed and received on the day they needed it. Everything they told me before purchasing the vehicle is a completely different story after purchasing. The worst experience I've had at a car dealership by far, I would never recommend this place to my friends and family.

I do not know that much about the dealership but the

I do not know that much about the dealership but the Sales person and financial officer were tremendous. After a back-and-forth with the manager on duty I would suggest that he be demoted due to severely lacking in vehicle knowledge. Once the vehicle was delivered to me at Autonation damage was found on the left rear quarter panel.

This service center does not keep customers informed

This service center does not keep customers informed about wait times with their vehicle, nor do they actually debrief once the service has finished. I received notification of a maintenance need via email after my oil change was done, but this was not brought to my attention to begin with. Not only that, but I waited over 2 hours for the oil change despite being one of the first people in the queue. When I arrived, the person intaking my vehicle did not give me their name so I did not know who to ask for when inquiring about my vehicle's status. My overall impression of this service center is that the staff lacks professionalism.

Great Battery Service

I would like to thank Jared and the team at Auto Nation for quickly replacing my battery and getting me back home. I recently had surgery and wasn't expecting to have my car not start that day. I was in and out in less than an hour.
