Professional and works within my budget. I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealer. I have used this dealer for approximately the last 20 years, so I guess this stands for itself, I keep coming back. Always attentive to your vehicle needs and are concerned about my satisfaction. We just purchased a 2023 Rav 4 hybrid.

We just purchased a 2023 Rav 4 hybrid. Abbi Gass was our sales consultant. When we initially put our name on a wait list,Abbi would communicate regularly to let us know where we were in the process. When we picked up the car, she was very professional and caring, spending considerable time going over all the details regarding car operation and instrumentation. She was very knowledgeable about the car. We a great experience from start to finish thanks to Abbi! We would highly recommend the dealership, and Abbi in particular!!

Routine service exceeds expectations

Easy to make and change an appointment. I arrived at the specified time and was greeted almost immediately. Had to wait about 6-7 minutes for the service intake rep to finish with another customer. We discussed the service needs and agreed to do a 35,000 mile scheduled maintenance plus a wheel alignment. I asked about a catalytic converter shield as recommended by my insurance company. Told me it?s not necessary as the RAV4 catalytic converter is difficult to access. The service was completed more quickly than expected. Very pleased customer.

Great service

Very satisfied with the service. I arrived before the sales department opened (my mistake) but Charles Dubon was willing to help me right away. He was knowledgeable and responsive. Nothing but a positive experience.

2005 Corolla Carr

A tail light on my 2005 Corolla had been broken, Mr Coy ordered the part and called me when it was in. I scheduled time for the new lens to be installed, an oil change, and a state inspection. All was completed while I waited. Great service!

2019 Audi A5

I happen to be in Austin(I live about an hour away)and fell in love with this car but they were closed so that Monday I called and they immediately answered my questions. My salesman Ed was very helpful and informative. Would gladly purchase here in the future.

2023 Corolla Cross

This is the third Toyota I have bought from the same salesman at Autonation in Austin and have always gotten a fair deal on the purchase price. I've also worked with the same person in the service department who personally has been great, although the wait time for basic service has gotten too long.
