AutoNation Toyota gave me a no-nonsense very fair deal on my Subaru. Patrick was a fantastic and attentive purchaser who went to bat for me to get me top dollar as it was apparent that I took great care of my car. I feel like I was rewarded for bringing in my car in the best possible condition. The process was expedited for my busy day and I got a check in hand and out the door with a smile. Avoid this dealership! I bought a Nissan Murano. I was told that it goes through an extensive check to make sure it's in good condition. I've had to take it in 3 times for repairs in just the 1st 2 months. The last repair I was told the warranty expired by a day and I will have to pay over $2000 for repair. What a lemon! In addition, the sales representative has failed to respond to numerous messages. Beware of this dealership!

I took my 2022 tacoma for an oil change. I'm just a little curious person, I looked under the truck and guess what?...The filter was intact. Costumers just watch out for that.

No access to car loaner or rental if needed Car rental
No access to car loaner or rental if needed Car rental used to be available. Even loaners were available! Also, why cannot a VVT-I on a 2011 Yaris not be installed in a day shift. I was told to leave the car.... This is not a big job! Also, why did I pay $600.00 for a TPM? Among other issues, I have lost all faith in Toyota mechanics and servicees. For my Yaris it took two months to get ordered parts and communication was null with parts dept. Very bad! It appears true that dealerships want you in and out fastj j just for their revenue. Local shop is getting my work from now on, even oil changes. Adios.
