I got a notice in the mail that said I was overdue for my

I got a notice in the mail that said I was overdue for my 25,000 mile service. But I called and verified that no, my 25,000 mile had been done. But I made an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived I asked the Service Advisor to also check the brakes. Three and a half hours later I got a text from the Advisor showing the brakes were ok but suggesting other work be done. I immediately texted the advisor I would need to reschedule the suggested work because I was pressed for time and asked how soon I could get my car. HE DIDN’T ANSWER FOR HALF AN HOUR! Finally, I paid and then the Service Advisor sent me to the wrong area to get my car. Another very helpful employee tried to help me find the car either. Finally the car turned up inside the receiving bay. So I finally got out after four hours. What a cluster. For an oil and filter change you’re better off at Jiffy Lube!!!

Wow!

Wow! Just purchased a 2020 Camry from Toyota AutoNation. Jim Lee was absolutely amazing, he listened, was friendly, fast, and caring. Such a different experience when you have someone who finds what’s best for you vs just making a sale. 10 out of 10 stars!! Thank you Jim & Daniel for your wonderful service

I have owned Toyotas for many years and have been extremely lucky to have people like Mr. Epi Rodriguez take care of my vehicles. Epi is knowledgeable and will answer any questions or concerns you may have. He makes you feel like you both have the same interest in mind and gives you that sense of confidence and honesty that is so hard to find in this field. He will never perform any work on your car without your input. I will continue to recommend him to friends and family. Mr. Rodriguez is definitely a great asset to AutoNation Toyota.

Typically I have to wait a long time for regular maintenance but this time I was in/out. I appreciate the dealerships attempts to shorten the timeframe for standard maintenance on our vehicle.

Jim Lee from AutoNation was absolutely amazing. Fast, friendly, and caring. Car buying is stressful, but when you have people who car and listen and find the best deal that works for you. Huge game changing experience!

Fast service, but scheduler is not so useful.

The service was fast. The waiting area was clean and had free coffee. I scheduled the service after an email but was unable to find a relevant price for the service. I needed to email the coupon to the service advisor before getting the advertised discount. I even directly emailed the service advisor ahead of time noting this, but all was news to him. Please integrate your systems better.

Great experience form start to finish

Great experience selling my car at Autonation. No quibble process, received the quoted amount. Very easy. Emily Mueller did a fantastic job and is a real asset to Autonation.
