I bought a 2023 Toyota 4Runner like a week ago. Sarah and Rito where great. They were very easy to talk too. Made me feel at home and the process of buying the vehicle was great. Rito explained everything and answered all my questions. It’s been a while since I bought a vehicle. It’s was nice meeting them and they both explained everything about the vehicle since I was driving a 2007 Toyota 4Runner. So I was excited for my new 4Runner :) I will be recommending my peeps if there looking for a new vehicle. Again thanks to Sarah & Rito, which I really enjoy meeting.

My highlander was making a ‘thunk’ sound under the front.
My highlander was making a ‘thunk’ sound under the front. It was scary. Turns out the ‘strut’ was broken - a safety situation. We DID NOT go over any rocky road or bumps to make this break - guaranteed. So they fixed it. And took care of two service items as well. I would like to know why a new Highlander still under warranty had its strut broken. No response.

She is in the process of trying to find a vehicle that has most of the options that we want as well as those that we don't want.
