I felt rushed, nothing was explained to me about what service was provided to my vehicle. I have Toyota care so it was herbal maintenance. San Marcos Toyota is so much better. Waiting area was crowded and gross. Car was not pulled up under the covered area while it was raining

My experiences have been good.
My experiences have been good. I routinely use them for an oil change and tire rotation, waiting about 1- 1.5 hours for that service. Take a lunch and get it done.
