I have never had a bad experience.

I have never had a bad experience. All staff are courteous and accommodating. Epi, service technician is very knowledgeable and I trust him to tell me anything I need done to the vehicle. Very satisfied

After my Sienna was in a motor vehicle accident,

After my Sienna was in a motor vehicle accident, AutoNation Collision Center took great care of me and my van. They accommodated my additional requests and allowed me to leave my van there and pick it up 3 days after the repairs were done.

Takes too long to perform a OIL change more than 2 hours

Takes too long to perform a OIL change more than 2 hours is too much to wait for your vehicle service and then you ask for some information about a guarantee they sold you and they don't know the answer that's bad but when you're buying they sale you every guarantee posible
