I had to wait for quite a bit prior to getting the car in

I had to wait for quite a bit prior to getting the car in for servicing, all while I watched a lot of service people spending a lot of time moving cars around on the lot. Seems like there could be a better system. All was good once we got in for service. Need to get the snack machine fixed. Loved that the sales people are in desks in the waiting room. They were quite helpful. I wanted to buy a RAV4 Prime and they shared that it would likely be a multi-year wait.

The staff here went above & beyond to ensure they

The staff here went above & beyond to ensure they delivered exceptional service on my RAV4. I needed a lift gate replacement & Tony Do kept me updated over the course of a few months until my parts arrived. Jason Alves made sure I wasn’t without a vehicle while mine was under repair, & made great effort to find me an available loaner vehicle. Greg made sure the the loaner vehicle had a full tank of gas & helped me connect my phone to CarPlay so the transition was seamless. Everything about my experience was delightful, with a quick turnaround time from start to finish on the repair. Thanks to everyone for the great on-going communication & customer service! You helped ease the stress of my already chaotic week.

Checked in a little after 8:00 am, checked out a little

Checked in a little after 8:00 am, checked out a little after 9:00 am. That's one hour, for a job that takes way less. It seems they overbook a little too much. This visit included a multi-point inspection, but shortly after I left, one of my tires was low on pressure, and I found (when my butt started to freeze) that my AC was reset to the lowest temperature setting. This has actually been one of the better visits; my car is still under the Toyota complimentary maintenance. The service advisor was nice enough, but I think the company needs to do a better job of quality control, which seems nonexistent.

WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPEREINCED

*The worst service I've ever received anywhere.* I was physically there on Saturday. They couldn't get me in on Saturday which is totally understandable as a walk in. So we schedule for Monday, with a man named JUSTIN THOMPSON, with the stipulation that if the part wouldn't get there until Wednesday I could reschedule for the same time on Wednesday. So I started calling on Saturday, exactly 45 minutes after I was physically in office and had made the appointment. I called 4 times and left 2 messages to reschedule for Wednesday, same time, as discussed. On Sunday I called 2 times and left 1 message. On Monday I called 2 times and left 2 messages. After finally speaking with someone at a front desk position, I discovered that he had cancelled my appointment on Monday with no reschedule, and had not contacted me back at all. They are now fully booked on Wednesday and I have no appointment. I woidn never *EVER* use this service through this branch ever again. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced in terms of lying to the client.

Worth driving 3 hours!

It's not my first time doing business with them and always the same great experience, always a fair price and friendly people that always go the extra mile to make it a great experience, definitely will shop with them again, Always a great experience, it's worth the drive from Corpus Christi to Austin, I always experience a friendly and smooth transaction when I buy cars from them! Ask for Marc Diaz he's the best!
