Waiting time is too long.

Waiting time is too long. Staffs are nice. Boring during wait. 10k maintenance takes long.

Barry is excellent

Barry is excellent. I am buying a new Camry. Barry is very honest and straightforward. The dealership lobby is very clean and very professional looking.

I set an appointment with Jacob Guereca.

I set an appointment with Jacob Guereca. He met me at the appointed time and proceeded to check for vehicles that we can test drive. After trying a Tacoma and a 4Runner Jacob looked up incoming inventory. We settled on a 4Runner SR5. He took our keys for appraisal and we started negotiating. Both Jacob and Darren (Sales Manager) were very reasonable. They made their offers and we countered. After a couple of back and forths, we had a deal. The process was straightforward and true. I would recommend AutoNation Toyota to anyone who's in the market for a new vehicle.

The repair/ extended warranty package I purchased is a joke! When I first purchased this car, all these promises were made now with 30K miles on it, their charges go up. Very disappointed. My repair facilitator was great. Just not happy with this expensive plan I purchased. Told I only have 4 free oil changes left.

The service center was so helpful and kind.

The service center was so helpful and kind. I had to take my car in to get some issues resolved after buying it at a different Toyota location. I wanted to be mad but Aaron made the process smooth. I had to leave my car for several days which was tough but otherwise I can't complain!

It took autonation nearly 3 days to diagnose the issues

It took autonation nearly 3 days to diagnose the issues with my vehicle. The representative was friendly and did what he could to help the process and ease the situation but obviously there was some miscommunication about when they were able to get my car in and how long it would take. I waited in the lobby for 5-6 hours before I was told they would need to keep my car over night, and then I had to make the effort to continuously check on the progress of the diagnosis after almost 2 more whole days.

The Service Center ay AutoNation is great.

The Service Center ay AutoNation is great. Easy to deal with. I get in and out with no hassles. Tony Do is excellent to work with.
