Very well worth waiting for the BETTER
After deciding to purchase a 2018 Honda Civic , the sales rep, Melissa Davis, informed me that the car had not be subjected to the 140 point inspection required by AutoNation before sale. The inspection revealed a significant need for service to the car's front end; this took over a week due to delays in parts delivery and the need to outsource some of the repairs to local shops. all this completed with full professionalism and almost daily communication with me. The delayed delivery of car was well worth the final result -- a very well running and beautifully kept car with low millage. Thanks to Melissa and the AutoNation service department.

Lacked attentiveness and availability. The work is fine so far. Very disappointed with the the parts quote, and the huge discrepancy in final charge!

Dealership itself is Great! the Service dept. SUCKS! I never get a return call. The whole 1 1/2 months my car has been in the shop I have talked to the mechanic twice.

I was not helped by the Auto Nation service department and was shuffled off to the Plano Regional office which was not helpful at all either. I have never heard back from anyone at this point.

Patrick was a no pressure salesman.
Patrick was a no pressure salesman. He gave us great options, and we went with what was best for us. He helped us through turning in our leases and was extremely knowledgeable. He even put our temp plates on for us! What a nice guy. Ali the financial manager really knew his stuff! AutoNation made the whole experience of turning in 2 lease cars easy. I plan on getting both my Toyotas serviced there.
