AutoNation is always on time with their appointments and all the staff is very friendly and helpful. They always keep me updated on the status of my vehicle and they let me know if they are running behind schedule. Once they even gave me a loaner vehicle when they had to keep my truck overnight.

I submitted all my information and then drove two hours to get turned down, this is the worst dealership I've been to please do not go to Collin the sales rep too young to get the job done.

My experience with the service center was excellent with my latest visit. Art Gomez is the best. I have been seeing Art for maintenance on all of my vehicles for over 10 years. I have had 3 4-Runners and a Nissan Altima. I could use other service centers, probably for less, but they nearly always get it right the first time.

Their price is better but customer service is very low
Their price is better but customer service is very low compare to other Toyota dealers. They are concern about selling but not customer friendly. Low level of expertise to help out with the set up of your new car system .

Not impress at all
August 1, 2022, I had an appointment for routine 5k
August 1, 2022, I had an appointment for routine 5k service. The customer lounge in the service area is sub-standard at best; from the furniture to the lack of complimentary snacks and beverages. What’s worse, the air conditioning was off. The doors were open and large fans were blowing hot air from outside the building. My biggest complaint here is that I wasn’t informed at drop off that the AC was out. I would have been nice to get an explanation and apology for this inconvenience. Not to mention, they could have provided cold bottles of water in the lounge, but there were none. While the service technician had me in and out in just over an hour, the rest of my customer experience was truly disappointing.

We had an appointment in the service dept to get an oil
We had an appointment in the service dept to get an oil change and tire rotation. I took 4 hours. My son took my car for me and waited for it. Not o.k.

I’m sure it is challenging to run a large dealership with
I’m sure it is challenging to run a large dealership with 100% efficiency. I have done business with them multiple times over the last several years. I’ve had issues that were resolved in most cases satisfactorily. Currently, I think you are understaffed in the service department which results in lower customer satisfaction. However, I do and will continue to recommend this dealership.
