I bought a car 10 years ago that came with lifetime oil changes. Although the dealership changed hands they have always honored the commitment.

The service dept.

The service dept. is great..! The manager Keith Hennessy and my adviser jarred Jones are great, they always take wonderful care of me.

Came for already scheduled appointment and waited about

Came for already scheduled appointment and waited about 45 minutes before I was helped. Same thing when I came to pick up my car. Cashier was on lunch break and I was never informed ahead of time to avoid picking up my car at that time. Had to find my service associate and that took lots of love of looking and paging and waiting. On the positive side, they did not do services I did not need.

This was my first time at the dealership, and it was very busy. The service representative was friendly and helpful; however, when he told me that the car was coming around and ready, I still waited for over an hour with no explanation. I was expecting better.

Worst visit in service ever.

Worst visit in service ever. I wasn't discriminated against. Rude service Manger. Yanked off my wheel cover while l wasn't in my car. Then left one partially secured after servicing my car. I have purchased 2 cars from you. Never again will l purchase from you again. Sad hurtful representation at the dealership. I will never encourage anyone to go purchase from this dealership. The service and staff were awesome.

The service and staff were awesome. I took my Carolla in for an alignment and waited for the work to be done. It was finished as Epi said it would be. The price was fair. I didn't leave feeling ripped off.
