While the sales team are friendly and seem to be
While the sales team are friendly and seem to be knowledgeable, their service dept is absolutely garbage. You call them and they tell you just bring it in, you bring it in they tell you it's best to make an appointment you make the appointment and then they still tell you it's going to be 3 hours just to check a tire. Their excuse, "it's not a Toyota", well, we bought the car there, they sold us not a Toyota, you would think they could check the tire on not a Toyota is a reasonable amount of time as Toyota's also have tires on them and tires are pretty universal. I am not even sure they know what a tire is. Long story short, find yourself another shop to bring your vehicle to, unless you don't have a choice.

I have always dreaded the car buying experience but
I have always dreaded the car buying experience but Michael did a great job of making me feel comfortable during my entire visit. While I didn't end up buying a vehicle, I would definitely recommended requesting Michael if you are searching for a car as he was easy to talk to and understanding of my needs all while providing top notch customer service.

4 hours for a scheduled oil change is NOT acceptable.
4 hours for a scheduled oil change is NOT acceptable. I asked why the long wait when I made an appointment and was told the oil and filter had to be picked up. Why? I made an appointment (just to reiterate), so everything should have been on site. Unfortunately, I financed an "oil change package" into my car purchase with them last year so I'm stuck for 8 more 4-hour-long oil changes. Not happy about that...
