Mel Davis is literally the best!

Mel Davis is literally the best! I bought a brand new Corolla from her and she made the process so easy. This is the second car I’ve bought from her and will never buy from anyone else!

If I get outta there in under 3 hours, it’s a miracle.

If I get outta there in under 3 hours, it’s a miracle. Under 1 ½ hrs if for basic oil change and tire rotation. Jared, the agent, is friendly and helpful, keeps me updated on the progress when I hound him. After my 15,000 mile Service maintenance, in less than 2 months my power steering crapped out. It took 2 months to get the parts needed to repair. After they repaired it, 2 months later my engine coolant cap mysteriously shook lose and coolant spilled out. It took 2 four hour visits to replace the cap. Well, they also did my state inspection and service maintenance on the 2nd day. It’s still under warranty, thankfully, so what are you gonna do?

Over the years I have worked with AutoNation Toyota South

Over the years I have worked with AutoNation Toyota South Austin and always have found that they always put the customer first. This past couple of weeks I have worked with Charles Reed and he was very informative on each step that was being taken to get my car back on the road.

What customer service is supposed to be

Patrick Benadum has always taken me under his wing when I step into this dealership. I walked out with my dream truck today thanks to him and Daniel Flores. I will continue to stay loyal to Toyota because of these guys! Thanks always Patrick!

Not organized, still sending me emails by mistake when I

Not organized, still sending me emails by mistake when I have told them for at least 5 years that they have the wrong email address and whoever is supposed to be getting these emails about their new vehicle is not. I feel sorry for the person who actually bought the vehicle they are emailing me about.

I had an appointment and it took almost 3 hours to do an oil change. Did not call me when my car was ready, and gave me the wrong keys for my car, left my keys on front seat so anyone could just get in and drive off. Not what I would want from a dealer that say they are going to take care of you
