Marc Diaz and Ed Fernandez did an excellent job walking me through the process of buying my new Hybrid RAV4. Much as car shopping can be an emotional process they did a great job of getting what I wanted at a fair price. I walked in the dealership on a Friday and told Marc & Ed what I want. The Hybrid RAV4 was on a 2-4+ month wait list. However with some luck Marc gave me a call on Saturday (the next day) and said they had a 2022 Hybrid RAV4 available that day. I was super excited to buy it and officially bought my Hybrid RAV4 right before Midnight! Once the Hybrid RAV4 was sold to me, Ed got all the car wash, gas, and temporary plates ready, while Marc helped setup/explain all the features in the Hybrid RAV4 to me. It was also super nice Ed stayed late to process everything. For the vehicle payment paperwork and warranties discussion, Isaias Fuentes did a great job creating the custom warranty package I wanted that was close to the price I was willing to pay for so I save money down the road on maintenance. I recommend if you’re going to buy a Toyota, go see Marc & Ed. Besides there great customer service, they know the “ins” on what vehicle is coming-in before it’s released to the public, especially in this scarce vehicle market it’s good to know people (winners/the plugs) like that!

Appointment for 15K mileage oil change! They did great job on my baby car. Also I couldn't make it on time but left my car near the gate with my permission. Thank you again for being wonderful service for me :) I will come back for 25k service :) I didn't get their last name, His name is Alex.

Received good attention on my purchase of the 2022 RAV4
Received good attention on my purchase of the 2022 RAV4 Hybrid Limited. Daniel Tercero, the salesperson, kept me informed on the long wait for Toyota to produce the vehicle. Brad Stroud, the customer financial service manager, was very organized in the closing of the purchase. Daniel is currently assisting with the car’s issue with the Homelink garage door remote not pairing with the Garage door opener!

An "appointment time" is not an appointment time here.
An "appointment time" is not an appointment time here. The last three times I've been to AutoNation I've waited over 3 hours until my car was completed for a basic oil change and tire rotation. My past visit... 3 hours and my car wasn't even taken in yet!!! I purchased their service warranty with my 4 Runner and it's been nothing but frustration. I do not recommend their service department.

The staff were wonderful, everyone from Caitlin, Cindy, Angel Super rockstars. They were friendly, helpful and very responsive to my questions. My biggest disappointment was receiving a quote for my trade in at a much higher price than the dealer was willing to honor. This made me feel like the only reason for higher quotes is to get customers in and then capture sales. Baiting customers isn’t the best way to keep loyalty. If a corporate quote doesn’t match with a local dealer then your system is broken. In my industry if my team made a mistake we would own it. In this case it cost me the customer $2k towards the new truck I purchased. This was my second truck within 7 months from you guys. Not sure how I would feel when it’s time for another vehicle.

Debbie did a great job of having our vehicle reserved and ready for us while we made a late night 4+ hour commute to pick up the following day. We were in and out of the dealership (including test drive) in less than an hour (brought our own financing, but still).
