Great Experience!!
Buying a new vehicle can always be a pain, but this dealership spent every minute doing everything it could to get me into what I "needed". I say that in quotations because I went in looking at one vehicle in particular for my work needs, the bank was not being very helpful getting me into this vehicle. My salesman presented several viable options to help me out because the bank wouldn't budge, finally working the numbers to where Toyota Motor Credit accepted my purchase (my credit isn't the best, hence the bank problems). My trade-in truck had just encountered severe motor issues. From accepting my trade at a decent price considering the problems, to working long and hard with me literally all day to get me into a new truck. I've heard great things about toyota trucks recently. My buddy that recommended Lithia to me has had great experiences with this dealer (after buying 4 vehicles from them, two of them Tundra trucks). I couldn't be happier with my experience at this dealer, and I've had terrible dealings at dealers in the past 10 years. I'm going to put this truck to the test and with their service plan I know they're going to be right there with me pushing this truck to its limits! My trade was a 2003 Dodge 1 ton dually with 340k miles, 5.9 cummins....the motor that is supposedly bullet proof for diesels! There is a "trophy" tundra on their lot, 2007 with 400k+ miles that still drives like it has a few thousand! If Toyota can build a gasoline truck, and Lithia can help maintain it to exceed what's expected out of a diesel truck, that's something to write home to the folks about for sure! I highly recommend looking to this dealer for a new vehicle purchase! I can't vouch for used vehicles because I was shopping new, but I'm definitely going to push anyone I know that's in the market for a vehicle to talk to Kyle Corr first. He spent the whole day making sure I was satisfied and left in the vehicle I wanted. I was there from 11am til I drove off the lot in my new truck at 8:30pm. I left to get food, tow in my trade, and visit the bank a couple of times. He didn't leave for a break or lunch the whole time he was dealing with me, to ensure that he was available on my return so that my time wasn't wasted. Definitely a great decision in my book

New Toyota Tundra
I bought a Toyota Tundra from Kyle Corr over the telephone! It was a great experience, and Mr. Corr drove 120 miles round trip to deliver it to me. He drove my trade in back to Abilene. I felt no pressure in buying my Tundra. Thanks Lithia Toyota of Abilene, I love my Tundra.

Great service with compassion and big smile.
i appreciate the patience to work with me in locating a vehicle that could serve my needs and finances. I loved our Corolla and it's great gas mileage but my husband could not get in & out with his leg brace. The gas & brake pedal were to close so that he could not drive it. We are both over 75 and our finances are fixed. Kyle Corr had sold a new pick up to our son so I asked for him. I loved our former Toyoto salesman, but he had died. I believe he would be pleased with this young man and his devotion to his clients. Our Rav4 is filling our needs nicely. Many in our families have Toyoto's and with young men like Kyle and Ron Morgan doing the paper work, they will continue their patronage.

wonderful service
I absolutely love the customer service they are super friendly and I feel like I can trust them after all the problems I had at my previous Dealership I went in looking at a 2007 used car and they put me in a brand new 2015 car for almost the same payments as the old one. Every person there was extremely nice and I loved them all! My sales men was Kyle and broody I couldn't have picked another better then these two gentleman. I highly suggest for anyone to go here. They take care of u and your needs No questions asked! Thank you so much guys!!

Excellent experience at Lithia. Our salesman, Bill Umstead, was excellent and ensured we were completely satisfied with our experience. We love our new Prius! Great service and assistance in purchasing new car
I was looking at the 2014.5 Camry LE and was assisted by Laura Daniels. Laura was very knowledgeable of the Camry and answered al of our questions. She explained the difference between the LE and the SE. She offered us a test drive. We were very happy with the experience we had with Laura and she assisted us on obtaining a good deal to purchase a 2014.5 Camry LE. Laura worked with everyone to get the best deal in our price range. It was a pleasant experience including being assisted in a very nice dealership with very respectful employees. Awesome experience
A couple of weeks ago I purchased my new Toyota from Chris Deviney. He was easy to work with and was very patient with me as this was the first car I purchased by myself. Even when I changed my mind about colors midway during the buying process, he never seemed to get flustered with me. He answered my questions in a way that I understood, both about the car and the buying process. He made the process very easy for me. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris Deviney to my friends and family. This is the third Avalon that I have bought from Lithia and have been very pleased with the great service they have given me.
