They had no idea where the vehicle was/neverseenit

Called quickly but had no idea where the advertised vehicle was. Could not locate it. Had not ever seen it. Didn't know where to look. I suggested looking at the owners house.

Camry

I came in looking for a small SUV. After driving the Camry I absolutely changed my mind to the Camry. I was won over and still really like our purchase.

Brody Earles

I recently bought a car from Brody Earles, and was very pleased with the experience. Brody gave me all the info I needed, was pleasant, low-key, and not high pressure, which I appreciated. Great experience through internet purchase

I knew exactly what I wanted and contacted about 10 Toyota dealers throughout the state from DFW to Houston. Kyle at Lithia Toyota gave me the best deal upfront and found the exact vehicle I wanted. There was no back and forth negotiation, just a great price to start with! I did almost everything through the internet then just went in and picked up the car and filled out the paperwork. We drove over 3 hours to Lithia Toyota because no dealership close to us would even come close to the deal we got. I rarely ever write reviews, but this truly was a great car buying experience. I highly recommend buying a vehicle with Kyle Corr at Lithia Toyota.

Great experience

This might have been the least painful car buying experience I've ever gone through. Chris the salesman and Craig the sales manager were so easy to work with. I almost forgot that I was in a "battle" mode. They started to feel like two buddies I was out drinking a cold beverage with. That's unheard of for me when buying a car. And, I'm used to driving a hard deal. But, there was nothing hard about the negotiation. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. I'd buy a car from these guys anytime. I highly recommend them.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH A NEW DEALERSHIP

I CAME IN JUST TO LOOK. I MET BILL UMSTEAD. WHILE I WAS LOOKING AT THE TUNDRA'S HE GAVE ME ALL THE DETAILS ON THE TRUCK IN REALLY GOOD DETAIL. I HAVE DROVE GM PRODUCTS FOR 45 YEARS BUT I DROVE OFF IN A NEW TUNDRA BILLS A GOOD SALESMAN TO BE ABLE TO DO THAT. IT SEEMS LIKE THE DEALERSHIP IS GOING TO BE A GOOD ONE. Always willing to help!

I recently purchased my 2014 Toyota Camry from Lithia Toyota of Abilene. I have purchased a few vehicles from this dealership in the past and have always had an exceptional buying experience . My latest purchase was administered through Jacob Dutton, sales consultant for Lithia Toyota and I have to say...... This was by far the best experience I have had ! Jacob is a great guy and even better salesman. Jacob was very considerate of my needs and my wants and was willing to almost bend backwards to help me out . He is very knowledgable of the vehicles he is selling and never hesitates to answer any questions you may have . I would definetly reccomend Jacob Dutton to any person in the market for a new vehicle !
