Michael Mizikar & Lithia are great

This is the second vehicle we have bought from Lithia. Compared to other dealerships we have been to lithia always makes the car buying process as stress free and pleasant as possible! We were immediately greeted when we arrived by out amazing salesman Michael Mizikar who guided us seamlessly through the steps. He was not only very knowledgable about the vehicle we were looking at but took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in a vehicle to help find the right fit. When it came time for negotiating his honestly and relaxed manner made us feel comfortable asking for what we wanted & it was clear to see he was on our side helping us get the deal we needed done. We highly recommend lithia & Michael Mizikar!

I lost my car to a hail storm and Chris was very helpful in finding me a new vehicle with the same monthly payments as my used vehicle had and with the amenities I was needing. He listened to what I wanted and delivered with a helpful attitude and attention to detail that I appreciated. Very good experience in car buying and I love my new Highlander!

Fast, and Friendly

We love our Kia ! Everyone at Lithia Toyota was so helpful, and friendly. Our salesperson was Julie, and she made the process painless, and quick. Plus she was very friendly, and had our best interest at heart. Thank you for overall great service.

Personalized Experience

I bought a Toyota Camry last June from Philip Underwood and had to buy a new car this June because of the hail storm. I went to him first when I knew I needed a new car. He worked with our insurance and kept in touch with me throughout the process. I had an issue with my keyless entry (nothing pertaining to the integrity of the car itself) and he went out of his way to get it taken care of for me. I have already recommended him & the dealership to friends/family!

Great place to do business!

Thank you to David Ward at Lithia Toyota of Abilene. With his help I have now bought my first Toyota Sienna from Lithia Toyota. I have been a GM man most of my life and mostly driven Cadillacs. My wife and I really like this car. David is a new (six months) Salesman. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at, but is still learning. If he did not have the answer, he knew where to get it. Not only did he get me a great deal on my car, with a 75,000 mile warrenty, oil changes, my car detailed, and the car had a full tank of gas before I drove off the lot. I will have no problem referring friends or family to David for his assistance in the purchase of their vehicles. I'm sure they will be satisfied customers. There was never a hint of high pressure. Thank you again David for all of your help!!!! I would also like to say the showroom is immaculate. When you start to enter, there is always someone to greet you. An offer of coffee or water is especially nice on a hot day. These people are awesome and bend over backward to make your car shopping a pleasurable experience. I also like the fact the Dealership is closed on Sunday.

Great Experience All Around.

I recently purchased my new Toyota from Bill Umstead. He was very curtious, answered any and all questions i had, and made the buying experience just all around enjoyable. He showed me a couple of different models they had on the lot (according to my preferences) and after finding one that pretty much had everything i was looking for, we went back inside and Bill did some number crunching, showing me exactly what options I had (which were a ton). Suffice to say, the experience was just so hassle free and buyer friendly that I traded in my old truck and left that day with a new car. Also would like to mention that everybody, and i mean EVERBODY was just great ( I know, I know, thats there job) but some dealerships just dont understand the concept of customer service. From Bill, to Mike the Finance Manager, to the service/maintenance personnel, and even the Branch Manager; all of them were just stellar!!

Excellent Customer Service

We went in looking for a used car to replace our old one that got totaled by a softball hail storm one week ago. David Ward was the one that helped us out. He was very nice and stayed with us throughout the whole process. We found the car we wanted, at a reasonable price. He also worked with us to get us close to the price we were wanting to pay monthly. Even though they were extremely busy, they still didn't take long to get me out once I finally decided on a car. The other reps were also friendly and making sure that we were being taken care of.

great deals on toyota prius. Prices are higher than in Dallas area,but great castomer service. "Generally, cars were not built to sit on dealer lots. It encourages the wrong kind of behavior in the whole system."
