Ralph was an awesome salesman. Very courteous and professional throughout the entire process. Daniel "Cali" from service and Daniel from parts were awesome and very informative. Definitely would but from Shamaley Ford again.

Audrey was excellent she kept me posted while I waited on
Audrey was excellent she kept me posted while I waited on my Ford Explorer and she notified me of a recall on the rear axle so I brought the Explorer back today. I do want to know who I talk to as I have warranties on my seats tires paint and my oil changes should not have a cost. Audrey said it did not come up in the computer which it should be in the system Lane Change I would like to know how to get it in the system Thank you Elizabeth Portugal
