Improper installation of vehicle battery.

Improper installation of vehicle battery. Protective battery sleeve not reinstalled. Engine heat damages the battery.

Service vehicle

I had several issues and some were not addressed with service guy telling me my power window should only lower window and I had to hold the button to raise it. But I told him not true because it functioned both ways

I came in with a check engine light on. They tested it right away. It showed I needed a diesel fuel filter. They had one in stock and installed it right then with no appointment
