From the moment of arriving we were greeted with a friendly smile. I had done my research of what I wanted to test drive. Damian, our sales guy, went looking for the Bronco Sport that I wanted for my wife. Brought it out and we took a drive. The only thing that we found wrong was the color. Wife had an eye on another Bronco. Damian was nice about to bring the keys and put them side by side for us to make the final decision. Wife chose the Azure Gray. Next move was to sit and go through the paperwork. It was easy and painless. The only biggest problem of the paperwork was the printer not wanting to print. Our Bronco was delivered washed, detailed and with a full tank of fuel. I’ve dealt with other sales people pushing a vehicle they want to sell and not the one that is wanted. Glad I decided to stop at Shamaley. They did have the bigger selection of Bronco Sports. That was another deciding factor. But, whenever we’re ready for another vehicle, we will return. My wife and I are customers for life. Thank you Damian and Shamaley.

Great customer service from cashier and service advisor. Very friendly and respectable. I informed the service advisor of the problem I was experiencing with an oil leak. An inspection of the oil pan found that the oil filter was placed on improperly. This was done at an Auto Repair business. From now on, my truck will be taken to the authorized dealership. Waiting area at the dealership was comfortable and clean.

Perfect place to get scammed by service dept
Dishonest Advisor Joe... Will try to get you to trade in your full paid off car instead of replacing your spark plugs. When making appointment for service we were advised waiting room was full and we could not wait. We explained that we were traveling through El Paso and would have to wait. They advised that we could not wait. Upon arrival waiting room was pretty much empty.

Great service. I think they could?ve been a little faster, had my truck for over three weeks to replace a front camera and get it painted. but overall happy with work that was completed.
