Great service!! I appreciated all the direct contact and follow up while I was waiting from customer service rep Alexis. He was welcoming, friendly, helpful, and quick to work on my vehicle. My previous experience wasn’t so helpful and I left without service. However, I was lucky enough this time to work with someone who values the relationship between himself and the customer. My credit not best, to many hrs close deal. Will come in discuss veh Price, son inlaw saw I payed too much, will question .To late tires should be new/not worn. No owner manual. Never talked to manager good or bad? Ok salesman Juarez nice.Complaint I thought I was paying asking under 20grand paperwork shows more. I need to reread contract.
