Had my vehicle serviced on October 13 and noticed a damaged rim cover, due to tire rotation service. Wife made sure to tell service department to be careful with handling covers. But sad to say it did not happen!!

Great to set up an appointment for an Oil Change. Quick and easy. Got to Dealership and was greeted quickly. Got my info on computer and waited In waiting area. Took only 45 min. Which was good.

Dealership was quick to receive us when arriving. Salesman was friendly and not pushy. They worked with us on meeting our budget. Finance manager explained options in rates and extended warranty. Overall excellent experience and will purchase from them in the future.

Throughout, southern New Mexico, went to Shamaley Ford. Met Mr. Delgado. He sold me on a truck that I’m very satisfied with. Well worth the trip. We are looking to purchase a second vehicle from the salesman.
