Consistent, satisfactory customer service from this

Consistent, satisfactory customer service from this dealership. From buying the car, and taking it for servicing, I receive exceptional service. All the service personnel try and succeed with delivering exceptional customer service. I have seen lots of good changes at the service department . Today, I received a text and email to review and approve additional recommended car service , with a follow up call which I appreciated. I especially, appreciate transport to and from when I left the car to service. I noticed everyone works as a team to triage the cars to prevent backup of cars waiting to be serviced . I would highly recommend taking your cars to be serviced there.

The associate who helped with my service was proactive

The associate who helped with my service was proactive and very responsive when I asked questions. He even stayed a little later in order to allow me to pick up my vehicle.

service was excellent- prices going up but what isn?t- commend the service person Aubrey Herrera- great people skills and extremely helpful. I hope she helps me next time. I have bought my 2014 f150 & 2018 focus from here.
